Triton completes acquisition of Fläkt Woods Group
Frankfurt/Herne (Germany) / Geneva (Switzerland), 13 October 2016 - Funds advised by Triton (“Triton”) have completed the acquisition of Fläkt Woods Group, a leading provider of air technologies solutions for HVAC systems for the best Air Comfort & Fire Safety environment, effective as of 12 October. With the closing of the transaction, Fläkt Woods Group will commence the merger with DencoHappel by forming FläktGroup – a new European market leader for energy efficient air technology solutions, providing our customers with the highest quality standards for improved air comfort and well-being. Following the merger Triton remains the majority stakeholder in FläktGroup.
