The dogado group bolsters its ambitions for Austria with easyname joining forces with Sprit.org
Vienna (Austria), 1 December 2020 – easyname GmbH, the second biggest Austrian hosting provider, which was first included under the dogado group’s umbrella, a group of the Triton III portfolio company European Directories in May 2020, is taking over its competitor, sprit.org. The CEO of easyname, Florian Schicker, and Jan Egger and Daniel Colakovic, sprit partners, came to an agreement on this. For easyname and dogado, the parent company, the merger is another step on the path to expanding their competitive position on the Austrian market.
