Ramudden acquires Trafiksystemer
Stockholm (Sweden), December 06 2018 - Ramudden AB (Ramudden), a Triton IV company, has acquired Trafiksystemer AS (Trafiksystemer), a traffic safety control service company in Norway from Isachson Construction, a part of building contracting group BetonmastHæhre.
Further to the acquisition Ramudden has also signed a strategic partnership agreement to provide traffic safety control services to all subsidiary companies within the BetonmastHæhre-group.
Headquartered in Solbergelva with offices in Drammen and Ås, all in Norway, Trafiksystemer serves a broad client base within the building- and construction industries offering traffic safety control services in projects both in the private and public sector.
Ramudden is a leading specialist provider of work zone safety control services for road, construction and general industry purposes active in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Estonia. In Norway, Ramudden offers products and services to ensure road, construction site and industrial safety with offices in Steinkjer, Trondheim, Ålesund, Bergen, Haugesund, Stavanger, Drammen and Oslo.
