Ramudden acquires LKJ-Palvelut
Stockholm (Sweden), November 16 2018 - Ramudden AB (Ramudden), a Triton IV company, has acquired LKJ-Pavelut Oy (LKJ-Pavelut), a provider of comprehensive services for temporary traffic arrangements located in Helsinki and Lahti, Finland.
LKJ-Palvelut was established in 2011. Its turnover for 2017 was approximately EUR 4.8 million, of which 45 per cent comes from services and the same amount from hiring. The remaining 10 per cent comes from product sales. With the deal, all 44 employees of LKJ-Palvelut will transfer to Ramudden as old employees.
Ramudden is a leading specialist provider of work zone safety control services for road, construction and general industry purposes active in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Estonia. In Finland, Ramudden offers products and services to ensure road, construction site and industrial safety. Its turnover on the Finnish market was EUR 4.8 million in 2017 and the number of employees was 32. The company serves nationwide and has offices in Espoo, Turku, Tampere, Jyväskylä and Oulu.
