bluu unit acquires Koschke GmbH
Frankfurt / Ludwigsburg (Germany), 20 March 2025 – bluu unit, a Triton Mittelstandsfonds II company and fast-growing alliance of regionally strong companies in the field of sustainable refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation technology, has strengthened its regional network.
With Koschke GmbH and its subsidiary HESAN GmbH in Eisenhüttenstadt, two established companies known for outstanding solutions in the fields of refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation technology in eastern Germany have joined bluu unit.
For more than three decades, the family-run company has focussed on strong customer orientation, high service quality and continuous further development in the field of refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation technology.
