Befesa completes acquisition of Grupo SOLARCA

Ratingen/Tarragona (Spain), 21 May 2015 - Triton Fund IV portfolio company Befesa has successfully closed the acquisition of Grupo SOLARCA, a global leader in industrial chemical cleaning and air/steam blowing services.
The acquisition is part of Befesa's growth strategy for its Industrial Environmental Services division. Grupo Solarca will be integrated into Befesa Industrial Environmental Services (IES) and the group's founder, Joan Enric Carreres will remain as General Manager.
