Atnahs completes acquisition of rights to established Hypertension medicines
Basildon / Cambridge (UK), 2 March 2020 – Atnahs, a Triton Fund V portfolio company, has successfully completed the acquisition of AstraZeneca’s global (ex-India, Japan and US) commercial rights to a portfolio of Cardiovascular medicines used primarily to treat hypertension – namely, Inderal (propranolol), Tenormin (atenolol), Tenoretic (atenolol, chlorthalidone fixed-dose combination), Zestril (lisinopril) and Zestoretic (lisinopril, hydrochlorothiazide fixed-dose combination).

The acquisition is a further step for Atnahs to deliver medicines that patients, prescribers, healthcare systems and regulators value as well as building out its Cardiovascular product portfolio.
